¡¡¡¡ We have established Double-QC system including each department's self-control and QC Dept.'s monitoring. Apart from implementing self-control system in each sectors and procedures, the QC Dept. has made systematic QC indexes, detailed examination and operation regulations as well as the feedback control system for inspection results. ¡¡¡¡ Raw Cashmere Purchase£º Except for the visual measurement by rich-experienced purchasers, advanced inspection equipments are adopted in the inspection of all items, contrast to each other to ensure the complete and well control of the quality of raw cashmere. ¡¡¡¡ Raw Cashmere Classification & Reclassification£º After the examination of workshop section examiner, the QC Dept. makes supervising and control for the main quality indexes through sampling inspection according to the settled classification technical standards. ¡¡¡¡ Cashmere Scouring£º Before materials charging, relative indexes are detected by the QC department as the basis for the compilation of scouring technics. Concurrently, sampling examination is made on the washed cashmere for quality inspection. ¡¡¡¡ Dehairing£º The Workshop Trail Inspection Room established by the QC Dept. is responsible for the overall sampling inspection of newly-produced products. The results will be communicated with the workshop momentarily to provide accordance for the shop's relative technical regulation, thus ensure the stability and qualification of product quality.
